Zoram Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Hillview Villa, which is B 100 near the PWD and PHE complex in Kudamkawn. We’ve been around for a bit now, mostly trying to help the farmers in the area get their products to where they need to go. It’s a decent spot here near the complex, easy enough for people to find when they need to drop off paperwork or just talk. We aren’t some huge operation with a hundred employees. It’s just a few of us trying to keep things organized so the farmers can focus on the actual growing. The office at Hillview Villa is where the logistics happen, though mostly we are out visiting the fields or checking on the progress of the crops. We deal with the daily struggles of farming in this terrain. It’s not always pretty and things break down often enough. We just try to fix what we can and keep going. People around Kudamkawn know us as the local guys who are into the farming business. We don’t use a lot of fancy words or have a big marketing plan. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the harvest doesn't go to waste. If you’re passing the PWD buildings, you’ll see where we are. It’s a practical setup for local people doing local work and we try to stay honest about how things are going each year.
