Makayiram Traders

Up here on the top floor of the Lalbuaia Shopping Complex in Zarkawt, things stay pretty busy. It’s a bit of a climb if you aren’t used to it, but the view of the district from up here isn't half bad on a clear day. We’ve been running Makayiram Traders from this spot for a bit, and it’s become like a second home to most of us. The complex itself is always humming with people coming and going, which is just how it is in this part of town. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles in the office, just the desks, some filing cabinets that probably need replacing, and the computers we use to track everything. It gets a bit crowded when a big shipment comes in, and we’re all tripping over boxes for a day or two until things get sorted. Trading isn’t always the most exciting job, but it keeps us on our toes and the days go by fast. We deal with all sorts of people, from regulars we’ve known for years to folks just passing through Zarkawt. There’s no big secret to how we do things; we just show up, answer the phones, and try to make sure the orders get sent out to the right places. It’s practical work for practical people. Most of the time, you’ll find us arguing about where to get lunch or trying to fix the printer again.
