We started Saphao Organic Farmer Producer Company Limited because we wanted to keep things natural here in New Serkawr. You can find us at the spot labeled Benhada002. We aren’t a large corporation or anything like that. We’re just a bunch of neighbors who like growing things the old way, without all the chemicals that everyone else uses. It takes more work and sometimes the yield isn't as high, but it feels right for us and the land. We mostly deal with local crops that do well in this climate. The office is just a simple place where we organize our logistics. We don’t have a marketing department or a sales team. We just talk to people and let the quality of the harvest speak for itself. It’s a quiet life in New Serkawr and we like it that way. Farming is what we know, so we just decided to do it together to make it a bit easier on everyone involved. We share what we know and help out when a neighbor’s crop is struggling with disease or bugs. It’s not about being the biggest company around, just about doing good work and taking care of the soil for the next generation. We are usually out in the soil, but we check in at the Benhada002 location every day to make sure things are moving and the orders are right.
