Yogesh Steel Corporation is over on Gheekanta Road. We are at 113/40, in Sarabhai'S Wadi. This part of the city is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We deal in steel, so the space is full of heavy racks and metal sections of all sizes. It’s a very physical business. We spend a lot of time measuring, cutting, and loading material onto trucks. The air always has that faint metallic smell to it. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. When you walk in, you’re likely to walk straight into the storage area where the work is happening. We’ve been operating from this wadi for a long while now. The people working here know their steel and can tell you what you need if you describe your project. We don't use much technology beyond a basic computer for the invoices. Most of our work is done with our hands and a few sturdy machines. It’s a bit crowded in here sometimes, especially when a new shipment arrives, but we make it work. We aren't looking to change the world; we just want to provide the right steel to the people who need it. It’s basic, it’s heavy, and it’s what we do every single day. We keep it simple and just focus on the orders we have at hand.
