Y Cube Engineered Solutions Pvt Ltd is based on the second floor of 4D Square in Motera. It’s a bit different being in a building like this compared to an industrial shed. We have a view of the area, and it’s a bit quieter, which helps when we are trying to figure out engineering designs. We occupy suite number 52. Most of our day involves sitting at desks, looking at drawings, or talking through a project plan. We handle a lot of the "behind the scenes" engineering work that people don't always think about. Motera is a good spot for us; it’s easy enough to get to, and there are places nearby to grab lunch. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of people. It’s a smaller group of us who actually know what’s going on with each project. Sometimes we spend hours arguing over a small detail in a plan, but that’s just how engineering goes if you want it to be right. We don't use much fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just people who like to solve technical problems. The office is full of half-finished sketches and old coffee mugs. It’s a comfortable enough place to work. We just show up, do the math, finish the designs, and go home to our families.
