If you look for us in Ahmedabad, you’ll find Xyz - Manpower Solutions over at C/3/2 in the Simandhar Complex. It’s in the Ghatlodia area, which is always moving and full of people. We focus on manpower, which really just means we try to get people into jobs where they are needed. The complex can get a bit crowded during the day, and finding a spot for a scooter is sometimes a challenge. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us and a lot of lists. We have lists of workers, lists of companies, and lists of things we forgot to do yesterday. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes, especially when a company needs fifty people by tomorrow morning. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anyone to greet you with a smile; you just walk in and see us working. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to do it yet. Ghatlodia is a good place to be because there is so much industry around us. We spend a lot of time on our mobiles, checking in with people to see if they showed up for their shifts. It’s not always easy, and sometimes people let you down, but we just keep at it. Ahmedabad is a hardworking city, and we feel like we are just one small part of that energy. We just keep our heads down and work.
