We are over at 36 Nilmani Apartments, which is right opposite Sarathi Row House on Drive In Road here in Ahmedabad. It’s a very busy part of town, so there’s always noise from the traffic and people moving about. Being in an apartment complex means the office feels a bit more enclosed, but it works for what we do. We focus on placement and consulting, which means a lot of people coming in for interviews or just to drop off their details. The stairs up to the office can be a bit tiring if you’re not used to them, but we don’t mind. We have a few small rooms where we sit and talk to candidates all day. It gets pretty crowded on Mondays when everyone is looking for new opportunities. Drive In Road is a great location because everyone knows where it is, even if the traffic is a bit much sometimes. We don’t have any polished corporate brochures or fancy leather chairs. It’s just regular desks and a lot of paper. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s busy, things can get a bit messy. That’s just the nature of the job. We’ve been in this building for a while and have seen many businesses come and go. We just keep doing our part, helping people find work and companies find staff. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, but we get through the day okay.
