Our office is at 14, Nayandeep Appt, which is right near Luv Kush Appt in Thaltej, Ahmedabad. It’s basically an apartment building where we have a unit set up for Team Lease Services(P)Ltd. Being in Thaltej is convenient because it's a nice area, but finding our specific building can be tricky for first-timers because all the apartment names sound similar. We have a lot of paperwork going through this office. Files are everywhere, and the phone rings quite a bit. It’s not a high-rise office with a view. It’s a ground-floor or first-floor setup where we can see people walking their dogs or going to the market outside. We spend our time talking to people about their jobs and sorting out the details of their contracts. It’s practical, everyday work. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just try to get the hiring and leasing stuff right so people get paid on time. The lighting isn't the best, and the air conditioner sometimes makes a rattling noise, but it's our workspace and we like it. We’ve got a small table in the corner where we eat our lunch together. It’s a very local feel even though the company name sounds a bit more formal. If you come by, just look for the Nayandeep gate and you'll find us among the regular residential traffic.
