Ideal Talent Hunt

Our office is No. 1286 in the Madhav Building, which is situated in the Mithakhali area of Navrangpura. We are right near Induben Khakhrawala, so the smell of snacks is always in the air, which can be a bit of a distraction during the workday. The Madhav Building is an older structure, and our office has that classic look with high ceilings and old wooden desks. It’s usually quite busy with people coming in for interviews or to drop off their resumes. We have a lot of files and folders stacked up on the shelves, and the phones seem to ring constantly throughout the afternoon. Navrangpura is a central part of the city, so it’s always loud outside with traffic and people walking by. We spend a lot of our time talking to people, trying to understand what kind of work they are looking for and where they might fit. It’s not a very fancy setup; we just have some basic chairs and desks and a lot of paperwork to get through. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit crowded, and we have to bring in extra stools. We don’t have a lot of modern decorations, just the essentials to keep the office running. It’s a busy place where we just try to keep up with all the names and numbers that come across our desks every day.
