White Industries

We are located at Plot No. 107 in the Jay Narayan Industrial Estate, specifically in Shop No. 3. We are right on the main road near Anjana Farm, so there’s always a lot of dust and noise from the passing trucks and other shops. Our place is basically a warehouse and a small shop area where we keep all sorts of industrial parts. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear your best clothes, as there’s usually a bit of oil or metal shavings around. We’ve been in this estate for several years now and have gotten to know a lot of the other business owners nearby. We don't have any big corporate plans or a team of executives. It’s just us working behind the counter and in the storage area. Most of our day is spent looking up parts for people or helping them find a specific tool they need for their own work. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several people come in at once, but we just take them one by one. We don't do much advertising; we just stay open and wait for people to stop by. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of business. We focus on having the right stuff in stock and getting it to the people who need it without any fuss. The fans in the shop help with the heat, but it’s still a hot job in the summer. It’s steady work and we like it.
