West Coast Pharmaceutical Works Ltd. is located at Meldi Estate, which is near the Prasang Party Plot that most people around here know. We are on the road heading toward Sola Bhagwat in the Gota area. The estate is quite large, so visitors sometimes get a bit lost trying to find our gate for the first time. We handle different types of pharmaceutical works at this facility. It is a factory setting, so there is always some noise from the machines and people moving materials around the floor. It definitely isn't a quiet office job. The road outside, Sayona City Road, gets really packed during the peak hours in the morning and evening. We have seen this whole area change a lot since we first started. When we first got here, it was much quieter, but now there are party plots and new buildings popping up everywhere. Our building at Meldi Estate is very functional and built for hard work rather than for looking pretty. We spend a lot of time on our quality checks to make sure the medicine batches are right. It is a lot of responsibility, so we try to stay focused on the tasks. The staff mostly comes from around Gota or other nearby neighborhoods. We have a daily routine that works well for us. We start the shifts, check the equipment, and get moving. It can be a long day when a big order needs to go out, but we have a good rhythm going now.
