Pharma Lab India Private Limited

We’ve been set up here at Siddhivinayak Estate for a while now. It’s right opposite Kitchen Express in Santej, which is out in the Kalol area of Gandhinagar. Being in the pharma industry means we deal with a lot of lab work every day. Most of the time, the team is busy in the lab checking samples or making sure the equipment is running how it should. It’s not always glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. We mostly focus on the technical side of things here at Pharma Lab India Private Limited. Some of us have been working in this district for years, so we know the local landscape pretty well. The traffic near Santej can get a bit much during shift changes, but once you're inside the estate, it's pretty quiet. We have our routine. People come in, get their lab coats on, and start the day’s testing. We don't really do much fancy advertising. Most of the folks who work here live nearby in Gandhinagar or commute from the city. It’s a practical setup. We just make sure the lab stays clean and the records are kept straight. Sometimes the power flickers, but we have backups for that. It’s just a normal workplace where everyone knows their job and tries to get through the list of tasks before the day ends. You might see some of us grabbing tea at the small stalls near the entrance during the break. It’s a good spot to catch some air before heading back into the lab. Dealing with testing gear requires a lot of focus, so those little breaks are important.
