You can find Joisher Colloids Pvt. Ltd. at Plot No. 415/1 in Phase-2 of GIDC, Vatva. Our building is right in the middle of all the action in this industrial zone. We deal with colloids, which basically means we spend a lot of time around mixing tanks and storage drums. The floor usually has some stains on it, and there’s always a faint chemical scent in the air, but that’s normal for what we do. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team, and everyone knows everyone else’s name. Most of our day is spent checking the mixtures and making sure the containers are sealed up tight. The GIDC area can be quite dusty, especially in the summer, so we’re always sweeping up the loading area. Our office is just a small space partitioned off from the main warehouse area. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just make the products and get them out the door to the customers who need them. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic on the Vatva roads, but we do our best to stay on schedule. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the daily tasks. It’s not about being the biggest, just about doing the work every single day of the week.
