Our place, Seasta Life Sciences, is tucked away at 142 Sahajanand Estate. If you know where Lalji-Mulji Transport is, we are right behind them. It’s a busy area with trucks moving in and out all the time. Being in an estate like this means there's always something going on. We spend most of our time inside the unit handling the day-to-day tasks. Life sciences sounds like a big name, but we are just regular folks working here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we're too busy for that right now. We handle our own paperwork and shipments. Sometimes the dust from the transport yard gets in, but we manage. We’ve been at this Sahajanand Estate location for a bit. It’s a practical spot for what we do. Not many people wander back here unless they have business with us. We like the quietness of being behind the main transport hub. It lets us focus. Sometimes the deliveries get a bit mixed up because of the neighbors, but we sort it out. We don’t have a fancy lobby or receptionist. You just come in and find one of us. It’s a working space, plain and simple. We deal with what comes our way. That’s how it goes here. We've got our routines down. The rent is decent, and the neighbors at the estate are mostly quiet, except for the loading times. We’ve got a small kettle in the corner for making coffee when the weather gets cold. It's not glamorous, but it's our work.
