We are Voice Agent In Effective Teleservices. Our office is located at A/3 Gayatri Flats in Paldi. It’s right on Rangsagar Road, directly opposite the P/T College. Being near the college means there’s always a lot of students and activity outside. We’ve been in this part of Ahmedabad, 380007, for a good while. Our work involves teleservices, so there are always people on the phones. It’s a bit noisy inside sometimes with all the talking. We’ve set up our equipment in the flat. It’s not a big corporate call center, just a small group of us working together. We don’t have fancy signs or a big lobby. People usually come in through the main Gayatri Flats entrance. We’ve got some basic desks and headsets. We try to keep things real and not too formal. We aren't fans of all that corporate jargon. We just do the calling and handle the services we need to. Paldi is a nice area, quite central and easy to get to by bus or rickshaw. We like being here. The neighbors in the flats are mostly used to us by now. We just focus on getting through the day's call list and making sure our agents are doing okay. It’s practical work. We don't spend money on advertising. We just let the work speak for itself in its own way. We keep it humble and just keep the lines open.
