Our business is run out of number 103 in the Umiya Nagar Society in Ranip. It is a bit different from being in a big commercial plaza because we are in a residential neighborhood. It makes things feel a bit more relaxed. We provide different solutions for the pharma industry, which mostly means we help companies find what they need or fix problems in their supply chain. We have been in Ranip for a while now. The office is basically a few rooms where we have our computers and files. It is a small operation. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby. People who need us usually find us through word of mouth or old connections. We like the quiet of Umiya Nagar Society. It is nice to step outside and see a normal street instead of a busy highway. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sending emails. Sometimes we have samples of packaging or small components lying around the desks. We don't have any big corporate goals.
