Tfe Coating Industries

Our workshop, Tfe Coating Industries, is located at Plot No. C-1 Type, 89/8, Phase-1, Gidc. It’s a bit of a long address, but it’s basically just a spot in the first phase of the estate. We’ve been here at 89/8 for quite some time now. The work we do involves a lot of coatings, so there’s often a specific smell in the air that you get used to after about five minutes. The shop floor is where we spend ninety percent of our time. It’s a bit cluttered with containers and racks, but we have a system that works for us. Phase-1 of GIDC is one of the older parts, so the roads are a bit bumpy and the buildings have that worn-in look. We like it that way. It feels like a place where things actually get made. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us, the workers, and the owner who is usually right there in the middle of it all. We have our tea breaks together and talk about whatever is going on in the neighborhood. Some days are stressful when there’s a lot to get out the door, but we manage. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We just keep our heads down and focus on the plot we are on, making sure the quality is what it needs to be. Sometimes we stay late when a job is urgent, but that’s just part of the deal.
