Techno-Coat Systems (India)

If you head down to Phase-3 of the GIDC in Vatva, you will find us at Plot No. 1101. That is where Techno-Coat Systems (India) is set up. Vatva is always moving, and our corner is no different. We spend most of our time coating parts. It’s a bit of a messy process, to be honest. There is always dust or spray in the air, but we have the masks for that. The floor is covered in different colors from years of projects. We don't bother trying to scrub it perfectly clean because it would just get dirty again the next day. The machinery we use is old but it works better than the new stuff sometimes. It has a specific sound that lets you know it’s running right. When the rhythm changes, we know we have to stop and tweak something. We aren't some giant corporation with a hundred layers of bosses. There’s just a few of us making sure the coatings are thick enough and the parts are dry before they go into the crates. Sometimes the heat in Vatva is hard to take, but we just drink a lot of water and keep going. We don’t have a website that looks like a movie. We just have our shop and our tools. It’s been that way for years and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and work.
