We've been at Plot No. A/2/349 in Phase-2 of the GIDC for quite a while now. Most days it's just about getting the work done and making sure everything runs like it should. We handle intermediates here. It’s a busy spot in the industrial estate, and the roads get pretty crowded with trucks around midday. Usually, you’ll find us busy with the day-to-day operations, keeping a close eye on the batches. We aren't doing anything fancy or high-tech. It's just a regular workplace where people show up, do their jobs, and go home to their families. Sometimes the machines act up or the raw material deliveries are late, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve seen the area change a bit over the years, more traffic and more dust mostly. The gates at A/2/349 stay open through the shifts to let the air in. It's loud sometimes, but it's what we know. We don't spend much time on office decor or things like that. Our focus is mainly on the floors and the loading area. If you come by, you'll see the staff moving around, checking the tanks or moving crates. We just try to keep things steady. It’s not a complicated setup, just a practical one for what we do. We've got our routine down. It works for us and the people who depend on what we produce here. It’s just Shyamal Intermediates, nothing more. We just keep at it.
