Gayatri Colour Chem Industries

Gayatri Colour Chem Industries is located over in Phase-2 of the GIDC in Vatva. Our address is 1 / 5624 - 5625, which is right in the middle of all the industrial action. It’s a gritty area, lots of trucks and machines running all day long. We have been at this location for some time now. Dealing with chemicals and colors isn't exactly clean work, so our clothes usually show what we’ve been doing by the end of the shift. We spend most of our time out on the floor or checking the vats. It’s a lot of watching temperatures and mixing things just right. It gets hot in the summer, especially inside the units, but that’s the nature of the industry here in Vatva. Most of the people working here live nearby or commute in from the city. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us in our work gear. It’s a practical setup. We know the other business owners on our street in Phase-2. We all just try to get our orders out on time. There’s always some noise from the neighbors' machinery, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just focus on the batches we have to finish. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. Sometimes we grab a tea together outside once the machines are turned off.
