Red Sun Dye Chem

At Plot No. 3325 in Vatva’s Phase 4 GIDC, that’s where Red Sun Dye Chem is located. It’s an industrial spot that stays busy from sunrise to sunset. We deal with various dye chemicals every day. Our workspace isn't anything like a modern corporate office. It’s a real factory with pipes, valves, and heavy bags of pigment stacked up to the ceiling. We spend a lot of time monitoring the chemical reactions. It requires a lot of attention so nothing goes wrong. The air has a distinct smell of chemicals, but we don't really notice it anymore. We have a small team of dedicated people who know exactly what they’re doing. No one wears a suit here. We wear work clothes that can get dirty. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little behind because we are busy on the floor, but we always catch up. The neighbors are all in the same boat, running their own small units. We help each other out when someone’s forklift breaks down or if a delivery is late. It’s a no-nonsense kind of environment. We make the dyes, pack them into sturdy containers, and make sure the labels are correct. Then they go out on the trucks. It’s honest work that we’ve been doing for years. We aren't looking to be famous, just to do our job well and keep going.
