Osho Pharma is located at Plot No. 2404 in Phase-4 of the GIDC. If you’ve ever been to an industrial estate, you know what it’s like. Lots of trucks, dust, and grey buildings. Our place is no different. It’s a functional space designed for manufacturing. We have been here for a while, and the neighborhood is mostly other factories making chemicals or parts. Inside, the floors are painted and the machines take up most of the room. It gets loud when everything is running at once. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and find someone in a lab coat. The work is mostly about following the formulas and making sure the packing is done right. We have a small office section for the bills and the logs. Most of the guys bring their lunch from home and eat together near the back gate. The GIDC can be a bit confusing with all the plot numbers, but we are easy to find once you get into Phase-4. We don't spend money on big signs or shiny websites. We just focus on the manufacturing process. It’s hard work, especially when it’s humid, but we’ve got a good group of people who know what they’re doing. The days are long and repetitive, but that's just the nature of the industry we are in.
