We have been here at Vinzol Rly. Crossing for quite some time now. Our place is right opposite the A Cabin, which most people around Vatva know pretty well. It’s an industrial spot, mostly focused on dyes and chemicals. We spend our mornings checking the batches and making sure the colors are coming out right. It’s not a fancy office or anything. Most days it’s just us dealing with the heat and the dust from the road. The trains go by constantly since we are right by the crossing. Sometimes it gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few weeks. The staff usually gets in early because the traffic around Phase-II can be a real headache if you’re late. We handle various dyestuff products here. It’s heavy work, mostly moving drums and checking orders against the delivery notes. The walls of the unit are a bit stained from the years of work, but that’s just how a dye factory looks. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just a bunch of guys working on the production floor and a couple of people in the small office area handling the paperwork. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. Every afternoon, we take a short break for tea when the sun is at its peak. It’s a straightforward business, nothing too complicated about it.
