Shree Ami Infrastructure

Our office at Shree Ami Infrastructure is right on the main road at Plot 210. If you know where Thakkarbapa Nagar is, we are just across from there in Nicol. It's a very busy part of town with a lot of trucks and traffic moving past all day long. We spend most of our time dealing with various projects and materials. There’s always a bit of dust on the windows because of the road work and new buildings going up nearby. The space inside is pretty simple, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files piled up. We started out here when this area wasn't nearly this crowded or noisy. Now, it's hard to even find a parking spot sometimes. We handle the infrastructure side of things, so it involves a lot of site visits and looking at physical plans. Usually, one of us is out on a plot while someone else stays back to answer the phone and talk to visitors. It’s definitely not a quiet job. The tea stalls nearby are where we usually end up talking about the day’s work with other locals. We just keep things moving along as best as we can. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and keep working. It's a practical business for us. We’ve got some old maps on the wall that show how Nicol used to look years ago. It is interesting to see how it changed.
