Abhilasha Buildcon. is currently working out of Final Plot No. 201, which is part of T.P. Scheme No. 11 in the Mouje: Rakhial Sim area. It is more of a site office than a corporate headquarters, which suits us just fine. We like being where the actual work is happening. Rakhial Sim is an area that has its own character, and we’ve been spending a lot of time getting to know the local layout. Our office is usually full of dust and rolls of blueprints because that’s the reality of a working construction site. We handle the technical side of the T.P. Scheme requirements and make sure our building stays within the lines. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to manage a project from the ground up. We spend our days talking to the masons, the electricians, and the city inspectors. It’s not always easy to coordinate everyone, but we manage. We aren't big on glossy brochures or sales pitches. Most of the people who deal with us are other local businesses or folks looking to see what’s being built on Plot 201. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything is sturdy and done right. It’s basic, honest construction work and it keeps our schedules full. We’re usually here from dawn until the sun goes down, just making sure everything stays on track.
