If you go down Gandhi Road in Jamalpur, you’ll find us. We’re right near Nadiavad Nagina Masjid. Our office, Khushnuma Buildcon Private Limited, is directly opposite the Golimda Juice Corner. It’s a landmark everyone knows, so we just tell people to look for the juice shop if they get lost. Ahmedabad is a big city but this little corner feels like home. We do construction work and building projects. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We spend our mornings checking on materials and our afternoons meeting people at the office. It’s usually hot, so we end up getting juice from across the street more than we probably should. The office isn’t anything special to look at. Just a space to get the job done. We’ve been around the Jamalpur area for quite some time now. We know the narrow lanes and how the local building rules work. We don’t use big words or try to act like we’re some huge corporation. We’re just local builders. We take on a project, we finish it, and we move to the next. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or supplies, but that’s just how it goes in this business. People stop by to ask about plots or how to start a small build. We give them a seat and talk it through. It’s straightforward work. We like being part of the community here near the masjid and the busy market area of Ahmedabad.
