Our factory is located at Plot No. 1814/B in Phase III of Gidc Vatva. It’s a big industrial area, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. We work in the pharma sector, which means we have to keep things very clean and follow a lot of strict steps. It’s a lot different from the other workshops around here. We have machines running most of the time, and everyone has to wear their gear. Vatva is a busy place, and the traffic around Phase III can be a nightmare during shift changes. We just try to keep our heads down and get the production numbers right. It’s not the kind of work where you see the results immediately, but we know it matters. Our office is right there with the plant, so we can see everything that’s going on. We aren't big on corporate slogans or anything. We just focus on making sure the batches are done correctly and the labs are checking everything. Some days are long, especially when we have a big order to get out. We’ve got a steady crew of workers who have been coming here for years. It’s just a regular part of the industrial landscape in Vatva. We do our work, and then we head home like everyone else. There's always something to fix or a report to finish, but that's just the way this business works.
