Ritu Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. operates out of F/2 in the Lakeview Apartment building in Vastrapur. It’s an older residential building, so it feels a bit different than a standard commercial office. We have a few rooms that we’ve converted into our working space. There’s a kitchen area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for the afternoon break. From the windows, you can sometimes see people walking by or the traffic moving through the neighborhood. It’s a relatively quiet spot compared to the main industrial hubs. We have files tucked away in cabinets that used to be for clothes. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of our day involves talking on the phone and keeping our records updated. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door so people know they’re in the right place. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you're carrying heavy bags. We’ve been here for several years now and we like the familiarity of the building. We know the other residents and the security staff who watch the gate. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don't have fancy furniture or a high-tech boardroom. It’s just us sitting at our desks, getting through the daily list of chores and making sure our clients get what they need. We just take it one day at a time.
