We work out of Vasant Vihar Society, specifically in unit V3 over in Sahibaug. It’s a bit of a different environment than a standard office building since it’s in a residential society. It’s generally quieter here, which we appreciate when we’re trying to sort through complicated export papers or customs documents. Sahibaug is a nice part of the city, and we’ve been here at Vasant Vihar for quite some time now. Our office is just a regular set of rooms that we’ve converted for our business needs. We deal with various goods coming in and going out, so there’s always some new challenge to figure out. We are a private limited company, but we don't act like a big corporation. It’s mostly just us handling the phone calls and making sure the shipping containers are booked correctly. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or lost paperwork, and those are the days that really test our patience. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If someone comes by, they usually just find us at our desks working away. We prefer this smaller, more personal way of doing things. It keeps us close to the work and ensures we know exactly what’s happening with every shipment we handle for our customers. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
