We are based over in Ellibridge, right across from Core House in the Anand Mangal building. It's a handy location for us. Our office at 305 is where all the paperwork happens. We deal with export and import stuff, which means a lot of calls and tracking things. It can get a bit messy with all the documents, but we manage. We aren't a huge operation. It’s just a few of us making sure things move from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes shipments get delayed or there’s a hiccup with a supplier, and we have to spend the whole day on the phone. That’s just how this business goes. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or expensive coffee machines. We just have our desks and our computers. We’ve been in this part of town for some time now. We like it here because it’s central and easy to get to. Most of our day is spent checking lists and talking to drivers or warehouse people. It’s practical work. We don't try to sound like some big international firm. We’re just Shivam Exim, doing our bit from room 305. If you come by, you’ll probably see us surrounded by folders. It’s a lot of coordination. We just try to be honest about what can be done and when. It's a living, and we take it seriously without making it more than it is. We just keep moving through the pile of tasks.
