A One International

Our place is at 11 Amar Estate, right on Anil Starch Road. If you know where the Super Bread factory is, we are just opposite that on Naroda Road. You can usually smell the bread baking in the morning, which is one of the better parts of being here. A One International isn’t some massive warehouse with robots. It’s a regular industrial unit where we spend our days handling whatever needs to be shipped or received. The estate is always crowded with vehicles, and sometimes it’s a struggle just to get a truck backed into the loading area. We have a small office section where we handle the paperwork and talk to customers on the phone. Most of the time, we’re out on the floor checking boxes or making sure everything is labeled correctly. It’s often hot and noisy, but that’s just how Naroda Road is. We’ve had the same people working here for a long time, so we all know what we’re supposed to do without having to talk about it too much. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or marketing. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay out of the way of the heavy traffic outside. When the shift ends, we lock the big metal doors and head out into the evening rush. It’s practical, everyday work for us.
