We are situated in Govindkrupa, which is part of the Five Bunglows area near the Alkapuri Police Station. Being on R. C. Dutt Road in Vadodara is quite convenient because it is a central spot that everyone recognizes. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle a lot of marketing and finance work for the company. It is not like those modern open-plan offices you see in magazines; we have actual walls and desks that are piled high with folders and documents. There is a small pantry where we make coffee, and it usually smells like roasted beans around eleven in the morning. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets, trying to make sense of the numbers. Outside, the Alkapuri area is always moving, with cars and people going about their business. We have a few plants in the window that we sometimes forget to water, but they seem to be hanging on anyway. The building itself is older, which gives it a bit of character compared to the new glass blocks. We do not have a big reception desk or a person in a suit greeting you; you just walk in and find us working. It is a solid, honest environment where we just focus on getting the tasks done before the day ends. That is pretty much the whole story of our daily life here.
