Our office is located at H14 Sugam Flats in the Vasna area of Ahmedabad. It's a regular residential-style building, which makes the whole atmosphere feel very local and relaxed. We’ve been in this 380007 zip code for a while. People often walk by and wave while we’re inside working on travel plans and documents. It isn't a flashy office with neon lights. It’s just H14, a place where we sit down and figure out how to get people from one place to another. We have a lot of maps and brochures lying around, but the real work happens on the old computers we’ve had for a few years. The neighbors are nice, and the tea stall nearby is where we spend most of our breaks. We deal with a lot of different people, from students looking for a trip to families planning a big vacation. It gets noisy when the traffic picks up in Vasna, but we’re used to it by now. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. We just tell it like it is. If a flight is delayed or a hotel is full, we just work through it and find another way. It’s a simple life here at Sugam Flats. We like being part of the community. We don't have a big marketing team; we just rely on being here when people need us. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps our feet on the ground.
