Marsha Consultancy is tucked away at No 2172 in Pandit Ji Pole. This is the Raipur Sarangpur area, and if you know these streets, you know they are narrow and full of life. It’s a very traditional part of the city. Our office is small and filled with a lot of paper. We have stacks of files on almost every surface. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is, mostly. We spend our days helping people with their paperwork and giving advice on various things they need to get done. It’s not the kind of place with glass walls or modern art. We have old fans that creak a little and windows that look out onto the street where people are always walking by. It gets quite loud during the festivals, but we enjoy the energy of the neighborhood. The people who work here have been together for a long time, so we feel more like a family than a business. We share snacks and talk about our families while we work through the piles of documents. We don't do any big advertising. People usually find out about us from their neighbors or friends. It’s a humble place, and we like it that way. We just keep things moving one day at a time, making sure we don't miss any deadlines for the people who trust us with their important things.
