Our office is tucked away in D 35 Shivanand Apartment on K.K. Nagar Road. It’s a quiet spot in Ghatlodia, which is nice because dealing with money and papers needs a bit of focus. Most days involve sitting at the desk, looking at forms, and taking calls. We don’t have a big fancy lobby, just some chairs and a table where we go over things with anyone who stops by. The apartment building is easy to find if you know the road. Sometimes the parking downstairs gets a bit crowded, especially in the afternoons when everyone is coming and going. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and the neighbors in the building are all friendly. We usually have the tea guy come by around eleven. It’s a small operation, mostly just keeping records straight and making sure everything is filed where it belongs. People come in with questions about their savings or some paperwork they do not understand, and we sit down and look at it together. It’s a lot of manual work, typing things into the computer and double-checking numbers. The fan keeps spinning and the files keep stacking up. We aren't trying to be some big corporate bank with glass walls. We’re just local people working in a local apartment, helping out with financial bits and pieces. It stays busy, but we like the pace of things here in this part of town and we know most of the people nearby.
