Vaibhav Laxmi Medicines

Our place is called Vaibhav Laxmi Medicines and you can find us at No. 1616, right opposite the Navrangpura Char Rasta. We are in the Mehta Block area of Navrangpura. This is a very well-known intersection in this part of the city, so there are always people and vehicles moving around the Char Rasta. It can be quite a scramble during the rush hours. Our shop is just a regular local pharmacy, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside or the inside. We have the usual glass counters and rows of shelves filled with all sorts of medicine boxes. Mehta Block is an older building and it has its own character, with some cracks in the walls and old-style flooring. We spend our day managing the stock and helping the folks who live in Navrangpura. It is a lively neighborhood to be in, and we see a lot of the same faces every week. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we have to use our torches to find things, but that’s just how it goes here. We don't use any big marketing words or try to act like a corporate chain. We are just a local shop at the 1616 address. Most of the time we are just busy checking the expiry dates on our bottles or cleaning the dust off the front window. It is a steady way to make a living and we like being right here at the Char Rasta.
