V Electro Platers

Our workshop is located right near the Bavla Market Yard, just a short walk from the Post Office in Adoroda. Being so close to the market means there's always a lot of noise and people moving around outside our doors. Electroplating is what we do here, so the inside of the building usually has that sharp smell of chemicals and metal. It’s certainly not the cleanest job you could find, but it’s what we’ve been doing for many years now. Most of our time is spent standing at the dipping tanks, watching to make sure the metal pieces are getting their coating just right. It takes a lot of patience because you can’t rush the chemicals or the finish will look wrong. We’ve seen Adoroda change quite a bit over the years, with new shops opening up, but our little corner remains pretty much the same as it always was. We don’t have a big staff here, just a small group of us who have learned the trade through experience. Most of our work comes from local folks who work in the market yard. They know we’re tucked away here if they need something fixed up. We don’t bother with big signs or any of that promotional stuff. The work we do is what keeps people coming back. On hot days, the heat from the vats makes the shop really warm, but we just take a break and get back to it.
