It’s been quite some time since we set up shop here at 406, Hemkoot Building. Tulsi Dye Chem Pvt. Ltd. isn't a fancy place with high-end decor, it’s mostly just us dealing with dyes and chemical batches every day. If you walk into the office, you’ll probably see a lot of files and samples scattered around because that is just how we work. We spend a lot of our mornings checking on supply shipments and making sure the inventory matches what the customers are asking for. Dealing with chemicals isn't always easy work, and sometimes the pace gets a bit fast, but we manage. Most of the people working here have been around for years, so we all know each other pretty well. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing; we just talk over tea and figure out what needs to get done before the day ends. The building itself is busy, but we’ve made our corner work for us. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the street noise outside. We just focus on getting the right dyes out to whoever needs them without making a big fuss about it. It’s a straightforward job, really. We handle the logistics, talk to suppliers, and try to keep things moving along smoothly. There’s always something to organize or a delivery to track, so nobody is ever really sitting around with nothing to do. It's just a regular workplace doing what we know how to do.
