We are near the riverfront, so sometimes you get a little bit of a breeze, but mostly it is just the heat and the city noise. Our building on Ashram Road is where all the daily work happens. It is a big operation, but when you are inside, it just feels like any other office with people sitting at their desks. We have a lot of floors and a lot of rooms, and sometimes it feels like a maze. We spend our time looking at data and managing the pharmaceutical side of things. Ashram Road is always under construction or has some kind of event going on, so getting to work can be a challenge some mornings. We see the city changing all around us. New buildings go up and old ones get torn down, but we stay right here. The address is listed twice because that is just how people talk about it—Ashram Road is the heart of the business district. It is a fast-paced environment, but we try to keep things simple. We drink a lot of coffee and keep moving through the pile of work on our desks every day. The view of the street from the higher windows is actually pretty interesting.
