Torrent Pharmaceutical Ltd. is situated just off Ashram Road. This area is always moving, with traffic and people everywhere. Our office here is more about the business side of things. We deal with a lot of paperwork and coordinate with different suppliers and shops. It’s not a laboratory where we make the medicine; that happens elsewhere. Here, it’s mostly desks, computers, and people talking on phones. The building is okay, but it’s nothing to brag about. We spend the day tracking shipments and making sure the orders are going to the right places. It can be a bit stressful when a delivery is late or when the paperwork gets tangled up. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Most of us have worked together for years, so we know how things go. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll just see people working. Ashram Road is a well-known spot, so it’s easy for people to find us, even if the traffic is a nightmare. We keep a low profile and just focus on getting the medicine out to the distributors. It’s a steady job. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest.
