Themis Pharmaceutical

Our business, Themis Pharmaceutical, is situated in Parsuram’S Chawl near the Jagruti Society on India Colony Road. This is right in Bapunagar, which is a very busy and hardworking part of Ahmedabad. The office isn't some modern medical facility with white walls and bright lights. It’s an older building that has a lot of character and some wear and tear. We deal with pharmaceuticals, which mostly involves managing stock and handling the logistics of getting things where they need to go. There’s always a bit of a smell of medicine in the air, mixed with the smell of the street food from outside. We have a small staff of people who have been with us for a long time. We don't use any complicated management systems; we mostly rely on our ledgers and some basic computer programs. The area gets quite dusty because of all the traffic on India Colony Road, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the desks. It’s a very local atmosphere here. We know the people at the nearby shops, and we often stop to chat with the neighbors. We aren't interested in being a huge national brand. We just want to do our job well here in Bapunagar. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we’ve been at this address for many years and it finally feels like home to us.
