Tandoorworkz

Tandoorworkz is a small shop located on the ground floor of Dev Complex, right near Parimal Cross Road in Ahmedabad. We are directly opposite Parimal Garden in the Ellis Bridge area. It’s a nice part of the city, and having the garden right across from us makes the location feel a bit more open. Our shop is at number 7, and it’s a pretty simple setup. We don't have a lot of space, so we focus mostly on making sure the kitchen is running right. The tandoor is the heart of what we do here. It takes a lot of attention to keep it at the right heat all day long. We get a lot of people who work in the nearby offices coming in for lunch, and then in the evening, we see folks who have been walking in the garden. We don’t use any big marketing slogans or anything like that. We just open the doors and start cooking. The furniture is just basic tables and chairs that get the job done. Sometimes it can get a bit hot inside because of the ovens, but that’s just how it is in this business. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and have built up a small group of regular customers who come by for a meal. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a reliable one where you can get a decent meal without any fuss. It works for us.
