We are based in a village called Mandasan, which is part of the Jamjodhpur taluka. Our place is specifically at Block No. 513, c/o Ravji Dunagar. It’s a quiet area. You see a lot of green fields around here. We work on making sweets. It’s not a high-tech factory. We use traditional methods for a lot of what we do. The kitchen area is the heart of the place. We have big vats and stoves. In a village, you can’t really rush things. We depend on the local weather and the local workers who come in every morning. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a website with flashy photos. Most of our business comes from people who know us or have heard about our sweets through word of mouth. Jamjodhpur is a bit far from the big cities, but that’s fine. It means we get fresh ingredients without much trouble. The building itself is just a plain structure. We keep it functional. Ravji’s place has been here for years, and we just use the block for our production. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait it out or use the generator. It’s just part of rural life. We take pride in what we make, even if we don't say it in a fancy way. It’s just good, honest food made by people who live right here.
