We are located at 502, Parth Tower, which is right near the Purshottam Nagar Bus Stand in the Nava Vadaj area. Being so close to a bus stand means there is always a lot of movement and people walking around our building. Acme Jelly Products is a small company, and we have been making our jellies from this location for quite some time now. The office is on the fifth floor, so we get a decent view of all the traffic below while we work. Most of our day involves managing the production schedules and making sure the sugar and fruit supplies are arriving on time. Making jelly is actually a lot more work than most people think. You have to get the temperature just right, or the whole batch is ruined and wasted. We have a few small machines and a team that knows exactly how to handle them. We do not go for any of that polished corporate style. We are just local folks making sweets for people. Sometimes the elevator in Parth Tower is very slow, so we wait around and chat with the neighbors from the other offices. It is a friendly enough place to spend the day. We focus on making sure the jellies taste right and are packed properly before they go out to the local markets. It is a steady job, and we take pride in just doing it well.
