We are based out of D-101 in Sector-2 of Suncity, which is in the Bopal area of Ahmedabad. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the center of the city, which is why we like it here at Mars International India Pvt. Ltd. The office is easy to spot once you get into the Suncity complex. We’ve been here for a while, and the local guards all know us by name now. Inside, it’s a mix of desks and storage for whatever we happen to be working on that week. Ahmedabad-58 is a growing part of town, so there's always some construction going on nearby. It gets a bit dusty, but that’s just how it is. We don’t have a big HR department or a PR team writing fancy stuff for us. We just handle the business things that come our way. The team is small enough that we all know each other’s families and what everyone likes to eat for lunch. We spend a lot of time on the computer or checking on shipments. It’s nothing too exciting, just the daily routine of keeping the company running from this corner of Gujarat. We don’t make a big fuss about things. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and try to fix it. It’s a practical way to work, and it seems to suit us just fine. Life in India is busy but we manage.
