Suraj Stainless

You can find us at Suraj Stainless over in Kalol. We are up on the third floor, room 302, in the Nilkantha Plaza. It is a good landmark because the Vasanaswaminarayan Mandir is right nearby in the Panchavati area. Being in a plaza means it is a bit more of an office setting than a warehouse, but we still handle all our stainless steel business from right here. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. From the windows, you can see the temple and the people going about their business. It is a busy little area of Kalol. We have some samples lying around and a lot of folders full of orders and bills. It is not a very large space, so things can get a bit crowded when we have a few visitors at once. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with suppliers and making sure the stainless steel is getting where it needs to go. There is no polished corporate vibe here; it is just a workplace where we drink a lot of chai and try to stay organized. Most of the people we deal with are local, so we know many of them by name. It is a simple setup, and we like it that way. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and making sure the paperwork for the steel is all in order before we head home.
