Sunidhi Telecare

Sunidhi Telecare is located at 101 Saumya Complex, right in the middle of Navrangpura. If you are looking for us, we are basically behind the Navrangpura Post Office, which is a big landmark everyone knows. We are part of Kalpana Society, specifically at number 5. Being on the first floor at 101 makes it easy enough for people to drop by without having to climb too many stairs. Navrangpura is always buzzing with students and office workers, so there is never a quiet moment outside. We have been working from this office for quite some time. The room is filled with the usual stuff you’d find in a telecare business—desks, some chairs for people to wait, and various bits of equipment. It’s not a polished corporate office by any means. We have our own way of doing things here. Some days are really hectic with the phone ringing constantly, and other days we just sit and catch up on maintenance. We get our tea from a nearby stall and usually chat with the people from the other offices in Saumya Complex during breaks. It’s a very local atmosphere. The post office workers often walk past, and we see the same faces every day. It feels like a small community here in the heart of the city. We don’t have a big mission statement or anything, we just show up at the shop and do what needs to be done.
