Dialtone Service

You can find us at Ul-11 in Fairdeal House, which is over in Navrangpura. Dialtone Service has been operating out of this basement-level spot for a while. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but once you’re inside, it’s basically just a bunch of workbenches and spare parts. We spend our time looking at small circuits and trying to figure out why things aren't connecting like they should. It’s quiet work mostly, punctuated by the sound of tools or someone’s phone ringing. Navrangpura is a busy area, so there’s always people moving around outside. Inside Fairdeal House, things feel a bit more settled. We’ve got a couple of chairs for people to sit on while they wait, though they usually just drop their stuff off and come back later. We don't have any fancy displays or anything like that. We just have what we need to get the repairs done. Some days are slower than others, and we might spend time cleaning up the workspace or checking our inventory of cables and connectors. It’s a straightforward business. We don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. People have problems with their gear, and we try our hand at fixing it. That’s what we do here in Navrangpura. There isn't much more to the story than that, really.
