Sumip Composites Pvt. Ltd is located in Ahmedabad. We’ve been operating out of this city for quite some time. The industrial side of things here is pretty active, so there is always a lot of movement. Our day-to-day life involves dealing with various composite materials and making sure our orders are moving along. It’s a messy job sometimes, and the office usually reflects that with samples and paperwork scattered around. We aren't the type of company that spends a lot on interior design or fancy branding. Most of our energy goes into the actual production and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. Ahmedabad weather can be tough, especially when the heat hits in May, but we’ve got enough fans to keep the air moving. Lunch breaks are usually spent together in a small corner of the facility, talking about anything but work. We don't have any big corporate manifestos.
