Stayam Devperlers

We’re over at Satyam House, right behind the Rajpath Block. If you’re looking for Stayam Devperlers, that’s us. It’s a bit tucked away, but once you find the Rajpath building, it’s easy. We work on various building projects and land stuff. Some days are spent looking at maps and others are spent out in the sun checking on how the work is moving along. We have a modest office where we keep our files and meet with people who are interested in what we’re building. It isn’t always quiet; there’s usually a phone ringing or someone coming in with a question about a plot or a timeline. We try to keep things straightforward. If a project is going to take six months, we aren’t going to say it’ll be done in three. That just makes everyone unhappy later on. We’ve been doing this for a while now and we know the local area pretty well. The team here is small, just a few of us who handle the day-to-day operations. We don't use big fancy words or try to act like we’re some huge national firm. We’re just local people building things where we live. Sometimes the weather slows things down, but we just keep at it. It’s honest work and we like seeing a project finally get finished and handed over to the people who will use it. It's rewarding to see the scaffolding come down after months of labor.
